Companies are invited to express their interest in participating in a small and targeted Slovenian B2B business delegation to Manila, the Philippines, in April 2026.
The call is intended for companies with competencies, technologies and solutions in the dual-use domain that wish to establish or strengthen business cooperation between Slovenia and the Philippines, as well as within the Asia-Pacific region.
Participating companies must offer solutions that contribute to energy efficiency, reduced carbon footprint, circular economy, sustainable development, and strengthened system resilience and security.
The deadline for submitting an expression of interest by completing the questionnaire is Monday, 2 February 2026.
Objective of the call
The objective of the call is to compile a pool of interested companies with competencies, technologies and dual-use solutions that wish to establish business cooperation between Slovenia and the Philippines within the Asia-Pacific region, and are willing to participate in the business delegation in April 2026.
Further details on the call, the planned programme and the support provided to participating companies are outlined below.
Target Group
The call is intended for companies with competencies, technologies and dual-use solutions seeking to establish business cooperation between Slovenia and the Philippines in the Asia-Pacific region.
Companies may participate as:
- developers and manufacturers of technologies (research and development, and production of products, technologies or functionalities for further integration),
- suppliers of components, materials, subsystems or services within supply chains, or
- system integrators or providers of turnkey solutions (design, assembly and delivery of complete systems).
Companies may also present solutions intended exclusively for civil use that are applicable in civil as well as defence, humanitarian and emergency-response infrastructure.
It is essential that companies offer solutions contributing to energy efficiency, reduction of carbon footprint, circular economy, sustainable development, and the strengthening of system resilience and security, in particular in the following areas:
- Energy efficiency and decarbonisation (microgrids, energy management, energy storage systems, monitoring, consumption optimisation, etc.);
- Water and environmental infrastructure (wastewater treatment, drinking water supply, flood- and earthquake-resilient solutions);
- Disaster response solutions (mobile infrastructure, emergency shelters, logistics units, rapid post-disaster recovery systems);
- Digitalisation and artificial intelligence in crisis management (monitoring systems, IoT, automation, data analytics for real-time decision-making);
- Green and electric mobility (electric drives, controllers, maritime and road electric propulsion systems for islands and coastal regions).
