The event is intended for networking, exchanging experiences, and strengthening cooperation among partnership members.

This year’s gathering will have special significance, as we mark the 5th anniversary of the SiEnE Partnership – the Slovenian Energy and Environment Partnership in Defence, established in 2020 by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia and TECES.

Members of TECES partnerships are invited to attend the first workshop organised within the Dual-Use Alliance, established by TECES and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS). The Alliance was created with the aim of enabling easier and more systematic entry into the dual-use domain for Slovenian companies and research organisations.

The workshop “Dual-use in practice: from idea to opportunity” will take place on Friday, 14 November 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00, at the CPU – Business Training Centre (Sava Hall), Kardeljeva ploščad 27a, Ljubljana.

The workshop is intended for companies, research institutions and other organisations wishing to take advantage of the opportunities arising from the development of dual-use technologies and to develop concrete project ideas in cooperation with experts and partners.

Members and partners of TECES are kindly invited to join us at the pre-summer gathering, which will take place on 2 July 2025 at the TECES Business Unit Ljubljana, Latinski trg 6, BTC City, Hall D.

The introductory part of the event will focus on a mid-year review of TECES partnership activities, with particular emphasis on projects carried out under the Slovenian Energy and Environment Partnership in Defence (SiEnE). Representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia (MoD) will also participate in the event on behalf of the SiEnE co-founder.
