About the Project
PowerUp NetZero addresses the urgent need for SMEs and start-ups to adopt net-zero technologies and strengthen their role in Europe’s green and digital transition. It addresses key challenges, including limited access to innovation funding, fragmented competencies, slow adoption of clean technologies, and inadequate preparedness for emerging market demands. Through targeted support - innovation and adoption calls, focused training, and ecosystem collaboration, the project accelerates breakthrough solutions in solar, batteries, hydrogen, biogas/biomethane, and CCS. Its added value lies in building synergies with EU initiatives, avoiding duplication, and empowering SMEs to scale impactful, future-ready innovations.
